Two very large companies were recommended for roof cleaning by our HOA for their pricing (which they did not offer me when I called to schedule)! I found Zero pressure online through customer reviews and I couldn’t be happier. They provide a personalized and interactive service AND did what they say they were going to do! BTW they were competitively priced with these other two companies for roof cleaning and had much better price for total exterior house washing which we also had done I. Our one story home. James and Hannah arrived early and ready to work. Their office manager Tamika, who scheduled us and our next door neighbor who wasn’t around, was responsive and efficient. James and Hannah worked hard (3+ hours) on our house to ensure an outstanding job. Plus they took every precaution to protect our landscaping throughout the entire cleaning process. We later learned that the HOA recommended companies spent less time and disregarded landscaping so that many neighbors had plants that wilted and some plants even died afterwards. I highly recommend zero pressure‼️ They provided before and after pictures of my roof to show their results of which they were proud! I have recommended them to other neighbors and to our HOA management team. They were. Terrific!
